• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Ensure all uploaded voice broadcasting content complies with national and international broadcasting laws.
• Refrain from transmitting unsolicited spam, misleading audio, or illegal content.

3. Payments & Credits

AYVoice operates on a subscription and usage-based credit model. All payments are processed securely. Unused broadcast credits remain valid according to your active plan guidelines. Refunds are handled in accordance with our standard service level agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

AYVoice shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network interruptions, carrier delivery failures, or unauthorized third-party access beyond our reasonable control.

5. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our anti-spam or broadcasting compliance rules. Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
